今年1~7月新發行12檔ETF，對比受益人數及基金規模成長明顯呈現兩樣情。投信業者分析，在整體市場環境不佳的情況下，新ETF買氣明顯降溫，且投資人更喜歡買市值型、可以存股的標的；主題式ETF中，也更喜歡從有長線趨勢、大主題的方向去做選擇。

在12檔新發型基金中，僅有4檔為台灣市場，多數都是全球市場標的；從類型來看，除了FT臺灣Smart(00905)、永豐優息存股(00907)、中信臺灣智慧 50(00912)之外，都是產業、主題式的ETF，其中多數集中於科技產業，主題包含電池、能源、元宇宙、半導體、數位支付、太空衛星等，另還有抗通膨題材的REITs ETF。

環境不佳 Q2發行相對吃虧

中信投信業務部長陳正華分析，受到整體市場環境影響，今年的基金募集情況不如去年，而今年的第二季又不如第一季。主要也是因為市場動盪，影響投資人買ETF的信心。

舉例來說，中信投信今年新發行2檔ETF，分別為中信電池及儲能(00902)以及中信臺灣智慧 50(00912)，00902目前的規模與受益人數優於預期，但第二季才推出的00912就相對偏弱。但陳正華認為，目前00912的受益人數與規模，是新發行ETF中少數仍在持續成長的商品，且掛牌以來領先台灣50指數表現，相信它的績效可以用更長時間去驗證。

跌時重質 投資人選ETF 2偏好更明顯

陳正華觀察投資人偏好發現，在市場下跌的環境下，投資人選擇標的也有2類型偏好可循，「漲時重勢、跌時重質」，第一就是回歸大盤、指數型商品，或是從基本面去選；因此可以發現，今年以來高股息、市值型的ETF，都比較受到投資人青睞。

第二偏好是選「自己認同的長趨勢、大主題」，小趨勢、次產業、小主題的ETF相對就人氣不佳。其中半導體是所有科技電子產品的核心，也是同時具有「長趨勢、大主題」特質的題材。

另外，這些長趨勢、大主題的ETF，也需要同時獲得投資人「認同」，因此與民眾生活直接相關、可以親身接觸到的產業，熱度也會相對突出許多。（審核：葉憶如）
